Benefits Renewal.

S
SoupNazzi

It's that time of year again. Time to try and figure out how bad your company is going to screw you on Benefits costs.

Damn it's hard. Our company was "acquired" at the beginning of this year. Although we are retaining our current Healthcare provider, there have been some changes which is making it hard to figure out how much my prescriptions are going to cost for next year, which also makes it hard for me to figure out how much I need to put away in my Flex account.

I'm appreciative I have coverage, but it's a pain in the ass sometimes.

I freak'in hate the benifits BS . We just got bought on Sept and i've been given the boot but I still had to go through all that freak'in BS for the sake of a couple months coverage. Piss me off. 401k changing is almost as much of a pain in the ass these days too.

Hatred of health insurance paperwork and other hassles was actually more of a motivation for me to pursue alternative medicine than my actual illness itself. Heh. Good luck getting everything worked out.\r \r (If anyone is interested, I've had amazing success with alt. medicine by following the diet and lifestyle guidelines in Jordan Rubin's book \"The Maker's Diet.\" The title sounds hokey and some of his rhetoric may not be to some people's tastes (he's a messianic jew... Borat would be proud!), but the approach worked like nobody's business for my supposedly incurable autoimmune disease (crohn's). Zero problems, zero medication for almost a year now. If anyone is interested, PM me for more info.)
