Bellsouth the bastards........

Yesterday I call the bastards to pay my bill and during the convo a free bandwidth upgrade was mentioned, so without hesitation "YES YES, I'LL CERTAINLY HAVE A FREE BANDWIDTH UPGRADE, THANK YOU!

What the bastards didn't tell me was the upgrade, required a system shut down of 24 hours.  Well, 24 hours later, I'm back online.  And the upgrade is shit just a system upgrade, my speed is pretty much the same.  So the lesson learned:  Don't jump on free advertisement without asking more questions.
