Despite losing the game on the plains we had a good trip. No problems with their fans,  although I was sitting beside one of our guys that had concealed 7 mini bottles. He was sweating vodka and dropping F bombs on some AU girl that was sitting in the Carolina section. I don't know why anyone would wanna sit in the heart of the visitors section except to eat shit the whole game.


USC should have won the game. I'm not putting it soley on the QB's 2 turnovers & 2 picks so much as the defense failed to stop the tigers from scoring. Cam Newton shredded us up and down the field. After Auburn missed a 15 yd field goal off the upright I knew we wouldn't get luckier than that. Well we have 2 weeks to hate on Stephen Garcia before Bama comes to town for their 2nd loss, after Florida.

The likeleness that we beat Bama slim, but if Florida beats em up we have better chance. I'm leanin towards gators to upset/no respect card in their favor.

I don't know if you can call being ranked #7 getting no respect. They've been under the radar to an extent as they struggled with Miami Ohio, South Florida and Tennessee until putting the game away in the 3rd quarter. Couple that with Meyer's aloof stance during the offseason, and the loss of Tebow, they're just not getting the usual media circle jerk they've been enjoying since 1990. Don't worry, if Lundquist is announcing on Saturday, there will be plenty of Gator love (assuming his love affair with Ryan Mallett has ended).
