Archangel and a cover

Just a couple things I've been working on the last few days.  A headshot of one Mr. Warren Worthington III aka Archangel from the X-men done for a jam over on deviantART.  I did the Iron Fist pic for it already, but it was fun so I did another as a daily sketch.  The other piece is a cover for a friend who publishes his own comic here in Sacramento.  The comic is a very cartoony/manga style (which I don't even come close to doing) so I figured I'd give it a shot at doing them more in my style.  Came out alright I guess, the characters are still recognizable I think.  It was an interesting change of pace.

Thanks, man. Life is great right now. I'd stop by the HS board to say hi but you guys banned me from there a long time ago ;P.

Like that archangel, nice vibrant colors. You have a really great original style. I've decided I'm going back to penciling the traditional way, and use photoshop when I get logo work, until I can afford a scanner to practice my coloring.\r \r Post more homey!\r \r
