Another WTH, IS THIS REAL moment in time...

Oldschool 2o4f

This might be old news to some, but I looked around and saw barely a mention in here, so here  it is. I'd really like some feedback and reaction to it if anyone wants to take the time.

I can see, to a very limited extent I guess, both sides of this argument, but damn, is it really something that needs to be? I mean, yes, I can see that the world really needs to know that these things happen, and most don't seem to realize how brutal the world truly is, OR how bad some of these groups are, so heres the proof, in your face.

But at the same time, I see this as giving these asshats a forum as it were, to glorify in their own heads minimally their actions. And that to me is as bad or worse.

Facebook criticized for allowing videos of beheadings

"Facebook has changed its rules to allow the videos, arguing that users should be free to view them and then condemn the content.

A temporary ban was imposed in May as the site evaluated its policy after complaints about the video of a woman being beheaded by a Mexican drug cartel. But now the block has been removed on the grounds that Facebook is used to share information about world events such as acts of terrorism"

I'm sure this is causing a shitstorm on the net, but I thought I'd post it up.
