Another one of my pleasures in life.

Cheese.

I love Cheese, yes a good piece of cheese some olives, some corn bread and a good Red Wine.. That is a great snack on a Fall afteernoon.

A friend of mine gave me a store name in Toronto that seems to carry some really excellent cheeses. One of this days I have to drop by and see.

Wine Update: One of the red mijanas is slowing down fast, so it is going to get corked this weekend. The white I can't belive how strong it is still fermenting

I'll have video posted over the weekend.

Also I have another project this weekend.

Code name: "Ass Ice cube sauce"

I'm going to take all the hot pepers and and turn it into a BBQ sauce to be used next summer.
