I don't want to go into what happened to my car, because most of you already know and Im sure your sick of hearing about it. So let me just finish with the final fuck you i received this morning.

State Farm:

"After careful investigation we have come to the conclusion that State Farm will NOT be able to process your claim. Thanks for your time."

Um, WOW. Someone steals my car, drives it across 2 states, burns out the tranny, clutch, and fucks up the interior and this is how Im repaid for years of insurance payments. My grand total just went to $5,234.89 in one day. I wish I could say Im in shock, but this doesnt surprise me one bit. You ever feel like your swimming in shit? Looks like with a name like doodi, I doomed to be.

I know this seems like a classic answer, but get a lawyer who deals exclusively with insurance companies and see if you have a case. I know this costs money and you don't have a lot, but if it was me I would be willing to shell out a little to stick it to the man, b/c that is total bullshit.

Pretty common to deny a claim, just dont let it go, file again, go above your agents head, call the local news hound, get a lawyer! I am tired of the little guy getting screwed because the cost of the fight outways the reward! They prey on this shit! Anything I can do let me know!

I have never had a claim go well. A woman that didnt want to wait for her windows to de-fog hit me I took pics of her windows but it was still 50% my fault. Fuck insurance companies.

Thanks guys. Im totally not just taking this lying down (or like DS says, IN THE ASS) so no worries. I really just want the whole ordeal to be over with. I got no car and that is the only real issue.\r \r I have already called their main office in Chicago and left some messages. Im sure I can force the money out of them. Thing is, they will probably drop me anyway if they do end up paying. That's fine with me, I just want to get rid of this fucking car and state farm so I can start over.\r \r Sorry to be such a whinny prick, but I got nothing else cool to talk about. Like wilderz says, its like the month of shit and Im sure you all are going through it as well. Thanks for listing to me for while. Now go game!

doodi... someone mentioned grassroots up above...\r \r Here's what you should do.\r \r Write to the Consumerist.com and they'll most likely post your story and any pics you have.\r \r If they do, it'll get massive attention and most likely force State Farm to pay up quite quickly.

Did you remember the persons name that was supposed to start the claim but didnt? Get your phone records and find the time and date of your call and confront them with it, one way or another I bet you WILL need these records! Crappy excuse but maybe they dont believe you tried to start a claim and this is some type of common scam that starts this way, just doesnt make sense the way they are handling it. Dont waste time talking with people that cant give you a YES answer to your problems, find the ones that have that authority-most are programed to say no.
