    Back to work today for a four night rotation. I put a request in for a half-night vacation Saturday into Sunday, as Junior's birthday party has been rescheduled for then. Everyone at home seems to be on the mend, finally! I always hate that long cold ride up to Albany. I don't even get to the end of the road before I start missing my beloved Effie!! But I'll be home Sunday morning, hopefully rested and ready to celebrate Junior's birthday!!

      My beloved Effie got called to work early today, so I headed North uncommonly early today. I'm already settled in at the Albany pad and getting ready to nap almost like a regular work day. Didn't do any gaming this week, to speak of, except for my abortive attempt at Black Ops 'Combat Training'. I had hoped that I might use the Dolphin Emulator to run Black Ops on my laptop, but it seems I don't have enough CPU power to do even that, lol. Moving on...
