Am I the only one?

I can't figure out for the life of me what all the hub bub is about with PCP ( the old one, not the spectacular new policy Doodi put in place).  To read the blogs over the last week you'd think someone had perma-banned them from the site or raped their dog or something.  I nibbed around a bit thinking maybe there was a thread somewhere I missed, a blog I hadn't seen or something.  I know I'm not the most active site member, but I'm guessing I'm still in the top 200 on the site as far as time logged in.  I couldn't really find anything.


Maybe it just helps ease fragile egos to play the victim when you choose to leave.  What is it about COD clans that creates this kind of drama anyway?  Two of the larger clans on the site that left in a huff have both been COD clans.  Bill Maher once controversaly said, "Not all Republicans are racist, but if you're a racist you're probably a Republican"  well..... it would seem that not all COD players are drama queens, but if you are a drama queen you probably play COD.

X Band? I seem to remember about it being an online service for the Sega Genesis. Is that right? I didn't have internet access then so I never gave it chance. My first online console gaming was Phantasy Star Online via the Dreamcast.

NICE...I guess it was over you local telphone, it wasn't a true internet based \"online\" gaming experience. But it did let you sit on the couch and play people from all over the country just like XBL

I have to say that I did not get into the online until xbox, But I did have a thought on how long I been gamming. I do remember playing pong and simon says on the tv when you had to put a transparet playing field taped to the tv screen. Not sure what the system was called, but that was my first gamming experience.

Sometimes I think I live in a cave! Man my boys mentioned it when they first got Halo but didnt get their online til almost 2 years ago, me last May. How things change, now gamers are Gay to them and theyve moved on (discovered females) to less Gay things. No more being pwned by them, sad.

No, you are not the only one. I am assuming like the last major cod clan that was here they wanted a website to run stuff off 2old2play.\r \r They also had a policy of snuffing out all bad news on the blogs by posting over it. As well as I believe a restriction on what clans, members could be a part of before they were booted out of pcp. These are my assumptions so I could be wrong.
