AAHHH!

Yes, it's Monday, but I also finished my only final exam this morning and it is a relief.  I worked hard this weekend only playing CoD 2 on Friday night by myself to try and learn some maps. I had even planned on getting a good amount of sleep but, Mother Nature saw fit to block that plan Saturday night.  Storms rumbled every where, the alert monitor was going off almost every hour, it seemed.  If it wasn't a severe thunderstorm it was a flash flood watch or warning.  As of yesterday afternoon we had 3.20 inches.  The weather channel said we had 5 inches by this morning.  Last night wasn't Mother Natures fault but I still didn't get a lot of sleep.  Oh, well.

Bottom line is that I went into the test feeling fairly confident and left feeling really good.  Which is always scary when you are half a sleep and you feel good about a test.  So, now it is time to play catch up with work.  I travel tomorrow and Wednesday and plan on being home tomorrow night for combat training in the 2o4duty clan for those of us who are still very new to the game.

But, the good news is that now that classes are through for the summer it is time to game!!  I do plan on taking one 360 with me and with the help of Tank in the hardware forum, I think I am equipped to meet some of the challenges of hooking up at a hotel.  I know Dastard thinks I'm nuts for doing this and has asked me if I'm really that bored.  Well, Yes.  Sitting in a hotel room for a week at a time is very boring and I'm limited as to where I can go after work hours.  So, the next best thing to pass the time is to game.  Either way I can work on campaigns or hopefully, online with some clan members.(Cross fingers here)

Congratulations to Street Sense for an awesome win in the Kentucky Derby this past Saturday.  Came from 19th out of a field of 20 to win.  Awesome race!
