Hello! One of my roommates got a job offer in San Francisco and he is moving out at the end of May, so my other roommate and I are looking for someone to rent out a large bedroom in 4th floor, 3BD/2BA apartment in the Village. It is $1000 per month plus utilities. The room is 12 x 14, it has hardwood floors and comes furnished with a queen sized bed, a dresser, a desk, two nightstands, and a bookshelf. The bedroom has nice views, and it even has it's own private bathroom! The kitchen and living room are large, and there is laundry and a storage closet in the basement of the building. The room is truly a steal for only $1000 per month! I am a 27 year old male accountant, and my roommate is a 26 year old female chef. The reason we are renting out the room far below it's actual value is because my roommate and I need occasional access to the room. My roommate and I occasionally have BDSM gatherings at the apartment, and we need the bedroom for it. Nobody will be having sex in the room, but we use it as a dungeon for role playing. We will only need to use your room 2 or 3 times a month for about 4 or 5 hours, we will give you at least a weeks notice of when we will need it, and we will clean up the room completely after use. You are not obligated to take part in the BDSM gathering. Other than that, we are clean but not a neat freaks, we love to cook (so I hope you like to eat!), we like to go out some weekends (but we don't bring the party back to the apartment), and we like to have occasionally friends over sometimes to drink wine and play board games.
