8 Years
"I recently read that love is entirely a matter of chemistry. That must be why my wife treats me like toxic waste."
- David Bissonette
The Wife and I celebrated 8 years of uneventful (yeah right!) marriage yesterday.
We celebrated with a tradition that we have observed every year on our Anniversary. We ordered pizza and drank rootbeer. That goes back to our wedding night, where, we got to our hotel room, we were too exhausted to go out and eat a fancy dinner (the wedding was in the morning, so the reception was a brunch). So we ordered pizza with a 2 liter bottle of root beer.
We ate that while soaking in the hot tub in the hotel suite.
We don't have hot tub at home, so the wife soaked in the bath tub and went to bed, and I played video games. Oh blissful marriage!
