24 hours

Countdown 1 will end in less than 24 hours.  Just enough time to get home from work, let the dog out and settle in the couch.

Countdown 2 : 10 days!

Not much to talk about today.  I stayed home with sinus pressure and general malaise.  I'm working on my next rant for Monday. Or, I may just talk about the weekend.  Tough call.

Right now I'm watching MTV's Sweet 16.  I may just write about this.  I am soooo disgusted with the Me, Memememememe attitude that these children have.  Talk about entitlement.  I know, I could change the channel, I am choosing to watch, but it is almost like watching a wreck and wondering what will happen next. ARGGGG.

Random thoughts:

Currently reading, "Fair Tax Book" and "Typhoid Mary"  How diverse can I get with reading material?  Neither are required reading for any class I'm taking.  But, there is interesting information in each.  Does anyone really know the story behind "Typhoid Mary" other than she was a woman in NY who spread the disease everywhere she went?  There is more to the story and it is how the government dealt with people back then who they thought were a threat to society.  I have also read "The Great Influenza" that has been mentioned. 

Hmm, maybe a rant isn't in order.  I'll have to think about this more.
