I called 1800 KISSMYASS, I mean 1800 4MY XBOX, and after verifying myself four times, asked if I have to re-download everything since they were sending me a different 360 instead of mine. The rocket surgeon says "No, you don't have to download anything again. Your achievements and gamerscore are all linked to your account."

So I asked him, "So I don't have to redownload all of my licensed content that is linked to my 360s serial number?" His answer? "Yes you will have to download everything again."
