Going all out

    I'm going to go all-out for the Halo 3 release. I pre-ordered at Best Buy, which I now realize was a mistake, because they're not doing a midnight release. No fun there. Luckily, I have friends that rock. One of my friends realized how much more this game meant to me than it does him, mostly because he's not currently connected to live. His pre-order is at a Game Crazy store down by his place. He offered to exchange reserves, in order for me to play it a.s.a.p. Awesome. What's more, he got his girlfriend to volunteer to paint my head.
    I've been shaving my head for a while now, and one thing about it that's always bothered me was this desire to paint it. Sounds odd, I'm sure, but there have been a few occasions where I very badly just wanted to go to the store, buy some paint, and doodle on my head. It's this huge, blank canvas, how can one resist?
    Now I have a reason to do it. I'm going to have her paint the Halo 3 logo on the top of my head, a smaller one on the back, and below that, if there's room, I'll have her put www.2old2play.com. If there's still room somewhere, I'll get a Game Crazy logo somewhere, maybe have someone from the store take a picture, get some publicity for the site.
    I'll post pics sometime Tuesday, maybe during one of my bathroom breaks, or something.
