Issue #7

2old2play presents issue #7! This issue contains editorials from the 2o2p magazine contest along with a neat interview with Rooster Teeth, makers of the Red vs Blue animated "cartoon."

This is the first issue which begins the 2-month issue release. This may be a disappointment to some gamers that look for the magazine each and every month it will help many of editors and writers reserve time for each release. We're working on the magazine for free and writing editorials, reviews and commentary each month along with a full design and quality test can be stressful.

If we all could work on the magazine as a dedicated full-time project it would be an easily monthly commitment, however, we're not being paid to publish the content. This means each one of us must go out day-to-day and work at a "real job" that brings in cash and allows us to feed our families. Perhaps, someday, we'll be able to work on products like this as or "real job."

We've gone through a few format changes over the last few issues, cutting content that doesn't seem to hold interest. We've also choosen to cut the "Tank Reports" in favor of more editorials because Tank, our 2old2play reporter, now publishes up to the minute game news each day on our homepage - reiterating it two months later doens't seem a valuable use of energy.

New to this issue, Shuttdown's Sports Hall of Fame. Each issue Shuttdown will analyze a classic sports game and tell everyone why it deserves to be in the video game hall of fame.

I Hope it brings you a few hours of entertainment.
