Holidays suck. It seems like they suck the life right out of me. Not to mention the money. I think next year I am going to take my vacation in Dec. I am going to move into my barn. Lock the doors and hide in there... The acursed holiday mob will never find me.

Well the whole humane society thing blew over. Thats good...

Now it's hunting season though. My fav. time of year. The leaves change. Food goes from light and grilled to hearty and baked. Its all about the cooler weather, the smells of home, football and friends.

 Yesterday, after work, I went to have dinner with my folks. Dad was in a pissy mood. Even for him. This could not be good.

I began to wonder how much this was going to cost me in time and money. Usually something is broke, needs cleaning or needs to be added. Rarely is it cheap or easy. As it turns out I have to build a fence. A pain in the ass but I have a feeling this is not over...

What happened?

My shooting skills. FPS shooting skills. I used to be good at them. After taking a long break though I found myself very rusty. It appears though, through our Fri. night S&D, I am re-learning those legendary moves.

Now everybody knows that I start drinking around noon on Fri. Sometimes I party a little more. Usually I do ok.
