Had a great time last night with KidMach, Count Fartula, and my brother Vega1818. We played some Q4 for about an hour, both Deathmatch and CTF. It has been great rediscovering Quake on the 360, I used to play Q1-Q3 on the PC with my Clan of the Caveman, but after my Twins were born in 2000, I wasnt able to as much, and Lan parties were out of the question. Now with the 360 I do get some time when they go to bed to get in some great Quake online action.

whats up everyone, well I thought that Id get my blog space started here on 2o2p. :-D

the only thing I really have to write about right now is the fact that Im trying to learn some new languages. specifically, PHP/MySQL and JavaScript.

Ive recently taught myself HTML and CSS. And comparing those two with the formerly mentioned languages, they were pretty damn easy.

but anyways, I dont think anyone wants to be bored with my ramblings about web design languages. :-D

I recall a time when most games I played where purely in English.  Times have changed though, and Ive noticed more and more games are being built with at least five major languages that are selectable.  Many of these are done "on the fly" which is extremely cool.

I have an Acer TravelMate C300 Tablet Laptop and Im thinking of perhaps trying to sketch up some comics (in the likings of penny arcade) that represents some of sgreth, dsmooth, and my conversations about gaming and games.

Perhaps every friday or something try to draw up a silly converstion (in comic form) loosly based on one of our stupid arguments about games.

Dunno, just a thought.  And since blogs are for thoughts, then perhaps this is the place to express it.

Yes it is a happy day for DIE!!!

I finally got word that the PO has gone through that gives me a job for another year! It’s like an early Birthday present!!!

As some of you may have noticed (and I’m sure most of you have not), I have been on the forums a lot over the past couple of months due to the fact that we’ve been waiting for our 2006 contract. The past 2 months we have been sitting on our asses awaiting the contract status (damn thing should have been decided at the end of 2005) which has caused me great worry and frustration.

Oblivion will be released March 20th.. its official.. its gone GOOOLLLDDDD!!!!!

I have recently discovered that I must enjoy pain and being tortured. Because each day I go through a ritual of waking up, getting to the computer, checking email, checking www.elderscrolls.com, checking www.2old2play.com, checking forums, checking game sites, and then watching videos on Oblivion.

This game is probably going to be the best RPG game to grace a console ever. Huge claim I know, and I want it more and more each day.
