Unchain the colors

I've had no luck selling the Toshiba yet.  I've posted it on craigslist but the damn page moves so fast, I generally get my responses soon after posting it because within 2 hours I see its a couple pages back and buried.  And none of the responses have been serious inquiries.  They've either been the Monte Hall type or outright scams.  I've got the set posted for $650 and I am willing to negotiate, I figured start at the high point and go from there.  I had one guy offered me a 20gb XBox 360 slim and "a couple games" for it.  Really?  So you see a $650 listing and offer to trade $250 worth of stuff for it?  Nice try, I guess.  Then I had the scam response where someone offered cash initially then sent me an email saying they lived in Alabama and were going to buy it as a surprise for his daughter who was returning from Africa soon...btw, here's a link to Paypal so we can make this transaction happen!  I don't have much experience with trading sites so if someone knows of anything worth trying please let me know, I'm open to suggestions.

Still don't have the Kinect up either!  This week is just starting off on the fail foot, isn't it?  I'm going to take care of that today though, I miss working out on it and really want to get going so I will find a way to get the entertainment center moved.

More job hunting today.  A buddy of mine just got hired into Caterpillar in Joliet, so thats encouraging.  I've been checking their site looking for local openings in logistics but haven't come up with anything yet.  He's a mechanic and got a sweet gig there, lots of OT and its union.  Good for him, he deserves it.  I've got a phonecall to make as well, need to get some things straightened out at the one agency where I'm told about these great positions then never hear anything back except "um" and "ah" when asked why nothing is coming from those postings, not even an interview.  The worst was the department lead position which, going by the job description I was shown, was the EXACT same thing I was doing at my old job.  Hell, it was less than I was doing.  They wanted someone experienced with SAP and excel.  Yeah, thats me.  I was a power user at my facility...I was the power user the other power users went to when they had problems.  You can't get me even an interview for this?  I've mentioned it before, but I think the woman who's handling my account is incompetent and not exactly good at what she does.  I'm going to see if I can't get someone else there to look out for me instead of her.

Other than that not a lot going on.  I'm going to try and finish up Portal 2 today.  Maybe "finish" is a strong word, since I'm stuck in chapter 6 and banging my head against the wall.  I'll try to get to chapter 7, thats my gaming goal for today.

And being that its Monday, let's do some Iron Maiden to start the week off right.  First off is a track from Final Frontier called The Man Who Would Be King.  I love the break at 3:57, kinda comes from out of nowhere and washes over you.  Then we'll go WAY back and do live versions of Remember Tomorrow and Phantom of the Opera.  The live cuts are from a few years back at the end of the "Early Days" tour.  Great stuff.  And its a good comparison of material between 2 songs from their debut album back in 1980 and their 15th album from 2010:
