Hillbilly Christmas

We spent Christmas in the mountains at my grandparents’ home.

Red wine all over cream colored carpet. Do NOT use Resolve carpet cleaner to remove red wine. This is a “Now you know it” moment brought to you by Char.

Rum cake (with extra run)…FTW!..yummmmm!

My grand-pop really knows how to use a chainsaw. He’ll have no problems when zombies attack.

I am the Hungry Hungry Hippo champ!

I found out my Dad is Mary friggin' Poppins. He kept pulling gifts from his very small suitcase. Remember, Mary Poppins pulls a floor lamp outta her carpet bag. I half expected to see the same from my dad.

Old classic Christmas movies never get old.

Early morning, everyone still asleep, back porch, just me and my Granny sippin' hot coffee while looking at the Smoky Mountains =  a very happy Char.

Apparently, I was a really good girl this past year...lol

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I hope Santa was good to everyone. If not, that’s what your credit card is for!

I learned Stain Extinguisher(it's a cool 2 tank sprayer) is about the best way of dealing with red wine stains. But I'm glad you had a happy xmas. and I hope to start showing off my own cute cat videos thanks to my new xmas gift.

I knew your chainsaw zombie slaying skills were inherited. Cleaning red wine from carpet is tough. Brenda cleaned red wine from white carpet with club soda. I once dumped 3 quarts of Spaghetti sauce on Brenda's bulldog- and the kitchen floor. Thankfully we had some crappy blue carpet that steam cleaned ok. Now, If you'll excuse me, Mary friggin Poppins sounds more like Racer.
