LAN! Me and my work chums (and other community floaters) are going to be having a Starcraft 2 LAN in October. Just a fun thing - not a competetion or anything. We'll probably play customs most of the day - maybe play some public matches also. Looking forward to it. It's nice to be able to go punch the guy in the nose who just cannon rushed you :)
Timing Attacks
I keep hearing about timing attacks when I'm watching streams so I decided I should learn what a few of these are - it's actually pretty handy to turn your game clock on and know that your zerg opponents 6 pool will be spitting out 6 zerglings at 2:11....but I think it is even more usefull to know some of the later timings. The early timings you can anticipate - but with a little scouting the later timings can really help you solve not only "what" are they coming at you with but a maybe even "when".

Dreamhack Valencia Invitation is going down this weekend in Sweden! I'm hoping to watch a lot of SC this weekend if I can. Here are some of the players you can expect to see at Dreamhack and it will be streamed on the Dreamhack website. Should be good stuff!
