Fatigue that was once invigorating is now alarming. Injuries we used to laugh at are now nearly debilitating. The battle cries of youth have become the whimpers of middle aged.

Well here we are….

 Heya….. So we got some more DLC for Saints Row the Third called Gangstas in Space, and umm… it was really disappointing. I played through the whole thing in less than two hours AND got all ten achievements. (I’m not upset about the extra Gamerscore, but heck – anything you can play through once, and get ten achievements, in less time than it takes to watch a movie…..?? *Sigh* I think I’d rather spend my money on the movie. Then again, I do likey me the achievements! )

 Wheeeew-weeee!! I had a heck of a scare a few days ago. I thought my Xbox had up and died on me! Turns out, it was just Husband in the back, over-loading the power. *shakes head*

For those of you who have the newer slim model, you’ll know that it makes this bla-leep sound when you touch the buttons on the console. This sound was different.

 Remember when you were a kid in grade school, and you’d make these stupid paper mailboxes (or some places would just use paper bags with your name on them,) and you’d put them on the front of your desk, and then all the kids in your class would walk around and put little valentines cards in them? And then there’d always be the one kid that only got like 3 or something? Ok, well, I was THAT kid. I never cared for valentines day. I’d only hand out like 3 myself, because I hated most of them anyways. I had a pretty good persecution complex going when I was a kid.

 Making your way in the world today takes everything you’ve got……

 It’s been kind of a weird couple of days this week – up and down, up and down.

Monday night I stayed up until midnight, anticipating the release of the new MW3 maps. I don’t know why I thought they’d be available right at midnight, but I stayed up to see. But, sadly, no new maps for me – yet.

I’ve turned into this little Xbox obsessive, so I think maybe I was a little too excited about it, but I’ve already gotten a little bit bored with the current maps, so some fresh new content is extra-welcomed!

 I want to begin today by thanking everyone for their comments and support last week. Husband cracked, but I’m still going strong. The sleep thing has gotten a little bit better. Well by “better” I mean normal messed up, instead of extra messed up.

I still haven’t figured out how to get a new background for my blog here yet. I’m really surprised that no one here would have an answer – you guys seem to know everything.  I’ll keep trying stuff until I figure it out.  (And if anyone thinks of anything, that post is still sittin’ there.)

I’m not entirely sure that I like this year yet.

Well, I don’t hate it yet either, but I don’t think I trust it yet.
