Who gave her internet access?!?

So, my wife learned that God of War 3 is on the horizon….then she saw video for Heavy Rain...yeah, she has given me explicit instructions to get her a PS3 (Yes ma’am). Keeping in mind that we may only ever play 3-4 different games on it and possibly a blueray or two…..what am I looking for? Are there any 'XBOX-like' problems to keep an eye out for?

Yes I’m back, here’s a quick wrap up of the vacation.

late B-day and a leave of absence

       That time again, updating my age…yuck. At 28, both my knees are failing, arthritis in my hip hands and elbow, both shoulders are bad and my back just as bad….and now my eyesight is going….   Granted the actual b-day was 9 days ago, but I was far too busy with Bioshock 2 to even remember.
                So now what? I sit back revaluate my life, realize that I’ve failed to meet every goal I set for myself, find myself in a worse position than I was a year ago….   I know my father would say it’s all because 21 years ago, he bought me an NES…. I say its because I work in an environment where different is bad and I’m one small annoyance away from releasing my true inner Punk, tattooing myself from the neck down, piercing everything I can (aside from some ‘strategic’ locations) and dying what is left of my hair jet black.   Yes, living this poser identity of the professional is tearing me apart inside. And I guess it’s starting to show.  

A crap storm with a silver lining.

                    At around 10pm last night, the snow removal guys finally got around to our driveway and the 20" of snow that was piled on it.…I always love seeing someone else have to stand out in the cold and do back breaking work because I pay them to….yeah, I’m sick like that…..that is until this morning when the garage door made a significant amount of noise going up…..then didn’t come down….yup, they crashed into it, bent it so bad that the door itself was tripping the sensor, almost pushed it off the track….perfect, 20 min later the do is at least closing….so now I get to call the Homeowners association  and have them attack the snow removal vendor’s insurance company like a pack of wild dogs….I can hardly restrain myself from shouting, “GO FORTH MY MINIONS, AND RAISE CHAOS IN YOUR WAKE!!!”….I guess I do have a bit of a god complex, but the joy of releasing the lawyers does help make up for the hassle caused by the damages.

and I still can't express in words how AWESOME Bioshock 2 is....
