"Service Outage Bubble?"

We ended the frickin' war today.  In the ever gnawing "I want more new shiny parts with which to demolish the competition" addiction, the squad is switching allegiance.  I know this will make most of the 2O2P CH addicts cringe, but we are not changing allegiance to stay within the group, but to be unabashed parts whores.  It'll be over soon, but we switched today.  New war, new parts.

I get home, I play for while, fart around on Marketplace, download the Lego SW II trailer.  I get off to go eat dinner and enjoy some time with the family, and get back to the CH addiction. 

I flip back to the HD channel to get my parts a'whorin on, and lo and behold, no connection to Live.  I run through all of the connection troubleshooting bullshit, check the support sites and end up calling the phone support peeps.  Short wait, surprisingly.

We run through all the usual questions which I already have the answers to, give the very helpful Steven the error codes and he tells me that he's heard the same code three times today.  He was very nice and very polite when he told me I was experiencing a "temporary service outage bubble"  in my area.

WTF IS A TEMPORARY SERVICE OUTAGE BUBBLE?????

I guess my parts whorin' will have to wait.  Hope you don't run into the XBox Live hemorrhoid.
