Fake PS3 Display is Actually Xbox 360

It looks like a gamer in Australia has found one of his local retail chains trying to pass off a 360 as a PS3. We wish we could make this stuff up, but alas we cannot. Flickr user hiredgoon, snapped these photos of retail chain, Harvey Norman (yes that is the stores name), using a paper cut out of a PS3 wrapped around a fully functioning Xbox 360.

It seems as though Harvey Norman is using the raw power of the Xbox 360 to show customers what a fully functioning PS3 might look like when it is released in Australia. So now you have to ask, what happened to their demo unit? We wish we had more to say, but I think the pictures speak for themselves. Enjoy the irony.

do you think he was demoing PGR 3 and passing it off as Gran Turismo HD? Hell, if Sony can put the PGR 3 screenshots on their site and think it was GT HD then I bet it was.

Mental, you are such a nob, I swear to God you're shagging one of the Sony directors, lol.

Um noob, the reason why it was made a download was because of the poor reception it had at E3, even polyphony realised it was shit and yes Sony did have the PGR 3 screenshots up on their site to promote GT HD and didn't even notice, nuff said!!!!

Seriously i have not seen a Video or anything that makes GT look as cartoony as PGR does?
Grantedi am fed up with the GT series but the graphics i saw for the skyliner was mouth watering
