After long talks with both Ziff Davis and Media Crumb Inc., 2old2play will now become one of the already many successful online properties of the mega giant media conglomerate that is Ziff Davis Media. The company will take over 2old2play's already impressive revenue stream and advertising numbers in hopes to single-handedly doubled the companies quarterly profits.

Word of the announcement has sent shock waves through the gaming community as most believed 2old2play 's high profit margin was enough to keep it a small profitable and free site for years to come. Many point to founder "dudies la rock" wild spending as the reason for the sale and estimate final numbers for the site to come in the near the 3 figure range.
