Daily News

So i got into work early today for the first time in months, early as in 7am as opposed to 10 am lol. I have to go to the dealer with the wife today to turn our 2007 ford explorer in, She wants either a ford edge or a escape. they dont lease the explorer or f150 anymore because of the economy when they get them in they send them to auction and they are not seeing the return so they put the kabosh on that. I think i could live with the edge, although it really isnt up to me, its up to the wife as its for her. I like our explorer, not as much as i liked our 2004 escape though.

I got my Gamer Grafix hoodi in yesterday for Pax East, i wanted to wear it all around today but im waiting to break it out for pax. I also started planning my route to Pax last night as im driving, i was going to cut thru Canada but i dont have a passport, so im going to have to go down and around thru ohio then back up and over. its going to be one hella road trip.

I also got my vinyal sign for GG to hang at the Gamer Gone Wild party, and Omega is putting the finishing touches on the Custom Xbox this week, ive seen what the final is pretty much going to look like, and im just saying, it will be the badest xbox 360 ever made. a perfect thing for a gears head espcially since gears 3 is dropping next year. Final photo's should be up this weekend with video to.

Oh and for all you case lovers, Omega's next project is a Halo Reach Case! he has mad talent, i mean his attention to detail is stunning and inspiring.

I borrowed my father in laws digital slr d90 and his digital camcorder for Pax so i can take some bad ass pictures and video. I also just bought my friday pass for Pax last night, Im excited and nervous all at the same time, never been to Boston so i kind of want to take in some sites to, but im unsure i will have time 8(.

I hope i can get doodi, LB and jkitty together this weekend or early next week for the cp podcast, id like to record before i go to pax, everyone has been so busy. argggg.

Also if any of you are over weight and would like to lose weight, automan21k is trying to put together 202p clan called 2old4 twinkies, even if you want to just eat better or need support it will be a really good place to hang with people going thru the same thing.  I will be joining for sure, as im trying to lose about 50 pounds

This is messed up

ok, so what im about to say sounds stupid even to me and that saying something. Alright here goes, the wife asked what i was doing Saturday and i said "nothing just recording clips for my tage" so then she says " he keith and nathan (my nephews) needed to come over because my wife was going to there house for a girl party. So keith and nathan are 16 so i said hey why not. So keith & nathan show up and the first words out of their mouths was GUITAR HERO!!!!!!!!!!! So being the cool uncle i am, i walked downstairs to the man cave grabbed my 3 guitar hero guitars & my 360 to move to the big lcd in the living room. We then moved the couch right in front of the tv  all movie theater style lol. Now, first i havent played guitar hero since last years lan so august?  meaning competitivly.... So my first two songs im playing on hard to warm up and im rocking out 99% pretty easy. then nathan says "really steve, your playing on hard? you're a noob!" oh so stupid me had to show the little mouthy nephew bastard up. So i instantly changed my level to expert for the rest of the night and proceeded to put boot to ass to both nephews in score and percentage as i was averaging about 96% to 99%. I then noticed about 4 hours into playing that my right wrist and forum were starting to bother me. I didnt think to much of it and we played for about another hour. They left  and i decided to hit the sack for the night, but i had this pain in my right arm like my veins were on fire, i think i fucked my arm up playing guitar hero lol. its been bothering me since although it is better today. Even when i used to play a lot of gh i never played more then 2-3 hours on expert at a time. never 5 hours, gd im getting to damn old.

as for recording my clips for my h3 tage, lets just say im still on tag 1 of 9 lol. i spent 4 hours recording clips and i still have 8 more before i get thru with the first tag. whats scarey is my primary caesar tag is full  and so is my gg caesar tag. that what 200 games i have to go thru right there. at this rate it will take me a month just to record my shit lol. Of course this is what i get for saving everything and never cutting it.

im up and running recording my h3 tage in HD, its going to be a long ass day
