5k Training

I finished my 1st week of training for my 1st 5k, I know 3 miles isn't that far but for a couch potato like myself its like a mini marathon The 5K race is signed up for is on April 24th http://www.earthday5kchicago.com/ I have a goal in mind I know I can do it.

Matteo Jumping

Fire Dancers and a Fire Breather

When the weather is decent these people dance with fire at Foster Ave Beach in Chicago, I was taking some pictures but I did manage to take a few minutes of video.
