The Human Centipede (First Sequence)

I watched a really fucked up and disturbing movie last night, called The Human Centipede (First Sequence).

Basically three unlucky tourists get captured by a crazy German doctor who is a top surgeon at separating siamese twins. Except this time he was to attach people together centipede fashion joining them by their digestive tracks. What kind of sick fuck thought this movie up? And what does that say about somebody like me who hunted down this movie to watch? lol.

As disturbing as this movie was, it actually moved kind of slow. I was hoping for a few more chills and gross-outs, but it never really happened. I must say, the actor who played the doctor was pretty creepy, and did that role well. And the other actors... well they must have been really hard up with their careers to sign up to play in a movie where the bulk of their time is spent ass-to-mouth with another actor!

Anyway, if you are one fucked up individual like me, and like to find movies that are completely fucked up, hunt this one down!

Also, does anybody have any suggestion for other fucked up movies I should subject myself to?

It was bought in 2008, so at least I'm covered.

I'm away for a week now, so I won't even be able to send it for a week yet! Ug.... I don't know what I'm going to do... maybe see if I can borrow my bro's 360 when I get back next week.

Slurpee Capital of the World - again!

This is just crazy, apparently my city (Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada) is the Slurpee Capital of the World for the 10th straight year! (well according to 7-11 sales). Here's a news article from my local newspaper:

What makes this extremely crazy is that Slurpee sales remain good throughout the year, including the winters where it is commonly as cold as -30'C (-22'F) and even as cold as -40'C (-40'F)! How do people even want to drink a slushy cold drink in those conditions? LOL.

I was a multi-visit per day patron of my local 7-11 in my high school days (it was a 5 min walk away from the school), but I was more of a Super Big Gulp guy rather than a Slurpee guy.

Good DEED for the day

Just got back from donating blood! This is the 24th time I've done such a thing, one away from a milestone, lol! I think they give out a special pin at 15.

You know what gets me? After all these donations, I'm still nervous as hell when I am waiting there for the needle (more like straw!) to be inserted into my arm. It almost never hurts or feels uncomfortable, but still, there I am, shaking like a little puppy in a thunderstorm, lol. What's up with that?

I also do my best to never, ever, ever make eye contact with the needle again. I did that once, and I swear I seen clean through the hole to the other side. Thing looked like a straw. I told the nurse to hold on and give me a few seconds first, lol.

Tonight was supposed to be "arm" night at the gym with my bro... I think I will have to change that up to legs, don't want to start rebleeded all over the place. I'll have to also take it easy on the cardio afterwards too. They say not to do anything strenuous for 6 to 8 hours afterward... I'll be in that range when I go to the gym, so I "should" be okay.
