Life and people

People get mad people get angry Why?  Why do we Dwell on such petty shit to be angry about, sometimes for years and years for no fucking reason. I am one who tries to always find a ray of light in any situation.  I am not a pacifist but i also dont let the little things bother me.  and to the people who get mad and angry over small shit, get over it you will be a happier person if you get some thicker skin and just let dumbshit roll off your back. 

why bring this up you ask

well......  Back story  in 1997 i was graduating highschool.  so there were alot of parties going on Drinking, drugs, the works.  well we had a good group of guys we had been freinds for years.  Well my buddy got too drunk one night, i offered to drive him home, he refused, his girlfriend at the time refused to ride with him and i offered to drive her home since i was taking 2 other people home.  no big deal, my buddy passed out we took his keys and we all left.  The next day i call my buddy take him his keys all is cool, or so i think.  2 days later its a different story,  I get punched in the mouth for taking his keys and taking his girlfriend home.  when we all told him that he was too drunk to drive and we were tyring to be his friends he blew up. Said we arent his friends.  Friends wouldnt leave him in his car to get piicked on the next day for passing out.  So whatever you're being a dumbass,  we left it at that. Walked away.

Flash to present day........ after not seeing this guy for 12 years..... he is still holding onto a grudge over some stupid highschool bullshit because we took his keys and gave his girl a ride home. I saw him at a local bar where i was out with a couple of guys i went to school with ,  I walked up to him at the bar figuring all the shit we went through as kids together it would be nice to catch up after so long,  boy i was wrong.  he flat out told me to go fucking die that he wants to never see me or any of the other guys we grew up with.  that true friends wouldnt have done shit like that.  And when i asked him shit like what? He said Take my keys and leave me at the party passed out in my car.  My response was simple,  I'm sorry you never got over the fact that your friends who cared about you took your keys potentially saving you from killing yourself or others behind the wheel of a car.  I wished him the best and walked away.

i personally cannot belive this.  i dont have it in me to hate anyone ( well fuck with my kids and i may not get you at first but i'll hold onto that shit for life and eventually i promise) i dislike people, everyone does, but i cant say that i wouldnt atleast be able to have a conversation with someone i disliked. It would be short and i would not start the convo but if someone came to me i would be cordial, but this guys Hates us. Someone we had life changing events in our teens years, the type of stuff that binds you as friends for life.  Stuff that i can look at now and say " how the fuck am i Alive?"and over somthing so silly as i got picked on for passing out in my car, he holds a grudge to this day.

People, Dont sweat the small shit, it isnt worth it and life is way to short.  if you dont laugh and smile everyday, you are doing something wrong IMO

Saturday

Hmmmmmm where to start

Lets start with my headache.  My X.  She calls yesturday about 4:30 and says she is tired can i take Kenzie for the night because she has " wore her out" now this woman made a huge deal about not giving me custody( i offered to split up the kids 1 with her 1 with me, our son is a clear favorite of hers) but it is getting to the point where my son is with her most of the time and my daughter is with me most of the time. Which is great, sux i cant see my son more but atleast my daughter is here alot.  Also, i am getting ready to do my taxes and the way the courts set up filing for the kids is i claim 1 and she claims 1, last year she claimed both, i didnt because make a big deal of it whatever, well this year i am claiming my son,  and let the IRS come.  I hope she did claim my sonand we get audited, the court will actually make me go reopen my last years taxes and claim my son. which means all the money she got back for him has to be paid back plus interest, and possibly jail for tax fraud or contempt.  not that i want her to go to jail but she is lazy and does nothing with my kids, her new husband seems to be a "hen pet" and does most of the house work etc.... while she sits on the couch.fine with me but if she isnt gonna raise the kids they need to be with me. /end rant

so my daughter wakes me up 7 am ( she is 6) she found a "bouncing bunnies" game or something on XBL arcade. she wanted it whatever 800pts later the game is kinda fun and addicting.  it's a bejeweled clone basically only with dancing bouncing bunnies. So i played for 10 mins and gave her the controller she played for 2 MINS and wanted to go back to Castle crashers. lesson learned

fun fun fun

it's been a rough week or so. Mis' explorer had to have the front end basically rebuilt ( new ball joints, bearings, calipers, rotors, brakes) weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee fun. other bullshit going on. rains it pours. O and my Ex ( mother of my kids) is fucking retarded.  i'm ready to crack........ it blows

 

lighter note.....

debating whether or not i am going to play in MLG comlumbus.  Alot of it has to do with whether or not i can Make MLG orlando, but they havent announced dates for it. If nothing else i will be coaching a Team in Columbus and hooking up with some 2o2p'ers for some Lan'in and drinkin i would imagine nice to see MLG finally realizes that there is more to the country then the east coast.

tis the season........

for assholes.

OK.... so i was at Meijer today and needed some help with the Guitar hero world tour. I just wanted to know how much it was.  let me set this up a little better

I walked into the game aisle at meijer and it was a mad house, Pissed of parents who had clearly been standing around for awhile looking for someone who worked there to help them. So i looked for a moment and found guitar hero world tour on the very top shelf. i needed some help and really just wanted to know the price. i needed to find the guy in the electronics area,  so i went looking and FOUND  the guy and asked how much it was. Before i knew it he put it in my cart and said it was X amount.  At that time 4 or 5 female shoppers proceeded to tell me they had been waiting for him and they wanted to buy it. I asked them if it helped that i wasn buying it for my wife and they said no and proceeded to tell me that i shouldnt be an asshole and give it to one of them. My answer, how can i fairly give it to one of you you all waited about the same amount of time i was just smart enough to go and look for an emploeye instead of waiting for one.

Now there really was no fair and democratic way of doing it so i told them i would purchase it and if they wanted to have an auction after i bough it they could meet me in the parking Lot. That seemed the most democratic way of doing it. Give it to the highest bidder.  well needless to say. I own the game because they didnt see the humor or logic  in my idea

But i got called an asshole quite a few times.

i am a drummer, have been since i was 3 years old, i am getting ussed to the controls. it's alot different then my drum kit but i went ahead and threw it on hard and am hitting 85% so hopefully once i get used to it i will be doing much better.
