Hardcore Casual gamer

 I am a hardcore casual gamer.... I live the FPS but only play occasionally, first because of wife, then because of school, then because of baby.

some day I will game more, some day I will read more, some day I will catch up on my netflix queue,  and some day I will grow old and die... all things in good time

Baby First

 OK, I pay $4.95 per month to get Baby First TV on my dish network account, which pretty much makes all other channels obsolete.  and I have most of the episode of nearly every show memorized.  But it is supposed to provide cerebral stimulation for Katelyn so it is worth it???

School's in session

OK, I got COD MW2 about a week after it came out.  when I got it, everyone on multiplayer seemed to be level 40 or higher.  I think to myself, OK so in a week I can be to level 40 and have the cool weapons and add-ons... Well a month later now, everyone online is now level 60 or higher and I am only to level 15... guess I am just inadiquate...

I think it's time for my first mid-life crisis.

out of touch

I'm so out of touch with the site, with my clan, and with my friends...Hell, half of my friends have changed their gamer tags since last I gamed with them.

Pharmacy fun times

I finally completed my residency and so am all finished and ready to get a job.  unfortunately, Bruno's corporation filed bankrupcy and closed most of the Bruno's and Foodworld pharmacies in the area, flooding the market with hungry pharmacists just before I finished.  Murphy's Law strikes again.

 I interviewed with CVS for a pharmacist position.  The District Manager told me during the interview "I don't need a pharmacist, I don't want to hire a pharmacist."  He told me he wanted salesmen to push the "up-sale" at the register, referring specifically to the sale on Gummy-Worms"

I didn't go to school for 8 years to PUSH sales on patients, especially sugary snacks when diabetes is on the rise.  I suppose it is no suprise where CVS' priorities are!

That being said, I agreed to do so since I need a job, though I guess I was not convincing enough since I did not receive a call back.  

All likely worked out for the best though, I have an interview with a home infusion pharmacy this week, which is much more in line with what I want to be doing.  And I have to admit I have (mosthly) enjoyed the unplanned vacation.
