Sci-Fi Science Finale

In last weeks episode "How to Build a Flying Saucer" I got to answer a question near the beginning of the episode, and at the end they appeared to reuse some of the Super Hero episode footage with my Stormtrooper Costume again. Tonight 2/16 is the final episode of the season, "How to Build a Force Field" at 10PM EST on the Science Channel. There is also a marathon of the show tonight from 7PM until 3AM, with virtually every episode back to back. We also got word that they are producing a second series that starts shooting in March, hopefully the 501st will be invited to attend again.

Hanging with Snoop Dog

Last week I got to be part of the new Adidas Star Wars line debut. I was one of the Stormtroopers marching in Times Square and we got to meet and hang out with Snoop Dog. It was an interesting experience to say the least, I am not a fan of Snoop. He was a surprisingly nice guy and he was very much into the whole Star Wars / Stormtrooper thing. He asked us a lot of questions about our armor and wanted to know where he could get a Darth Vader outfit.

Sci-Fi Science Updates

There is a new episode tonight on Teleportation at 10PM EST on the Science Channel, with a repeated episode at 10:30PM. There are also new links to video clips on the Science Channel website, including clips for episodes that have yet to air. Sci-Fi Science Update

The next episode of the series Sci-Fi Science : Physics of the Impossible with Michio Kaku airs Tonight December 8th at 10PM EST on the Science Channel. Tonight's episode is "How to Blow Up a Planet" - basically how to build a Death Star. You may see me and a few other 501st / ECG folks in the background during the Q&As. Last weeks episode is being repeated at 10:30PM, you can see me right at the end answering a question, and in the background during the show when they are asking questions at the ICONs Convention in NY (see screencaps below).
